$1,000 per team

Fee covers: MIVA League Dues, NCVF team registration, MIVA Championship Tournament, BTMVA Round Robin, BTMVA Championship, Conference Awards and conference administrative expenses. The cost of the BTMVA Awards Banquet will be billed separately.

All fees are payable by January 23, 2012 or such other time as approved in writing by MIVA Treasurer. Remit to:

Returned deposited items will be subject to a $25 administrative fee and will result in immediate suspension of the team(s) involved.
