Facility Layout: After entering the building, Courts 1 to 4 (Upper Gym) and Meeting Rooms #1-3 (Hospitality Area) are located on the 2nd Floor (up). Courts 5 to 8 (Tom Davis Gym) are located on the ground level (down).
Round 1, Power Pools: 2 pools of 4 and 3 pools of 5.
Round 2, Classification Round: 3 teams each from Pools A & B + 2 teams each from Pools C, D & E will play for seeds 3–14 in the 14–team Gold Bracket.
Round 3, Single Elimination Gold (8–team), Silver (6–team) and Bronze (6–team) Brackets and Consolation Pool (3–team). For additional explanation and tie breaker criteria click here.
Work Assignments: One person from the officiating team shall check in with the assigned match referees right after the captain's meeting/coin toss for the match they are working.
Penalty points will be assessed to a team who is late for their officiating assignment, meaning they don't have the full contingent court side (at the score table and available for referee instructions) beginning at the start of the receiving team warm-ups, (4 minutes before match time). The penalty is one point for every minute all 4 members are not present (at the score table and available for referee instructions) beginning at the start of the receiving team warm-ups. The maximum penalty is 25 minutes, or 25 points, for a one set forfeiture on the team's next match. A second offense could result in the forfeiture of the team's next match. All penalty points will be assessed by championship staff.

Trainer: will be on duty for the event. However you need to supply our own pre-wrap and tape. The trainer will not have these items for sale.
House Rules: Only water in the gyms. All food & drinks must be consumed in the Hospitality Area.
Hospitality Area: Meeting Rooms #1–3. These room is for storing and consuming food and drink. Only water in the gyms. Teams should not expect items that they store in the hospitality area to be secure. There will be 16–6’ banquet tables setup in the space due to occupancy rules, so not every team gets a designated table. And teams may not set up the own tables. Please make an effort to police the area.
NO Crockpots due to food safety regulations within the facility ! ! While pre-packaged food works, homemade/baked items (e.g. cupcakes) are not permitted.
Outside Chairs: NO Outside Chairs permitted - leave them home. Again, NO Outside Hospitality Tables
Showers & Towels: Showers will be available (on Level 1), but sorry no towels, soap or shampoo.
